Following unprecedented success in the UK, we are looking for a Product Support Engineer to help maintain the growing numbers of Baumann sideloaders in the field.
Our equipment is recognised for its high quality, durability and innovation, backed by a high quality dealer network and UK .
The successful candidate will be based at our UK HQ in South Yorkshire, and will assist dealers and customers nationwide.
High levels of engineering skills are a pre-requisite, however as the manufacturer we will provide full on the job support and training, both in the UK and at our factory in Italy.
The successful candidate will therefore have the ability to swiftly and expertly diagnose technical issues; advise on or conduct repair and service in a knowledgeable friendly, courteous manner, and to the highest standard. You must be a team player, be well organised and present a professional image.
