We thought that we would let you know that we are still here if you need us. There are just a few things that we need to make you aware of.
Essential Repairs:
Our service and technical teams are available to assist in the repair of your Baumann equipment, but we are prioritising essential repairs for those in key sectors of the UK supply chain.
We continue to focus on the protection our service engineers’ health and that of their families.
With that in mind, they are instructed to excuse themselves from any working environment that they consider to be unsafe. If you do therefore book an engineer visit, please help us by adhering to the government’s social distancing advice.

Spare Parts:
We are continuing to despatch parts as normal, however we have been informed that courier services have changed.
Timed deliveries are now unavailable, although next day deliveries remain.
Orders placed by 2:30pm will therefore be despatched for next day delivery, please give Joe a call on 01709 242506 and choose Option 3.
